François Landry is a partner with Vincent Dagenais Gibson practicing in the areas of business law with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, enforcement, banking, secured financing, restructuring and insolvency and commercial and residential real estate.
Mr. Landry acts for a wide array of clients including banks, credit unions and Caisse populaire, trustees, brokers, small and medium enterprises, crown corporation and insurance companies.
Mr. Landry has conducted debt recovery and enforcement work for most of Canada’s major banks, credit unions and Caisse populaire.
Before joining Vincent Dagenais Gibson, Mr. Landry practiced law with a prominent national law firm. He attended the University of Ottawa where he studied business and political science before completing his studies in law.
Mr. Landry also worked as a legislative assistant and political advisor to Ministers and politicians. He has extensive experience in political organizing and the running of election campaigns at the municipal, provincial and federal level. Mr. Landry practices in both official languages.
